Our Rates
ALL ROOMS
- Single occupancy: $40 US dollars per night
- Double occupancy: $65 US dollars per night
- Additional occupant: $l5 US dollars per night
We offer discounts for stays of more than a week, as well as special monthly and long term rates.
Ask about our package deals, including our Folk Dance Special and our Spanish Students Special. We will be happy to design a package especially for you, according to your own particular needs and interests.
All rates subject to 15% Mexican IVA and 2% bed tax.

DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS
50% deposit for reservations of two or more nights. One night stays require payment in full at time of reservation.
If you cancel or change your reservation less than 14 days before your planned arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. However, it can be applied to a future reservation.
If we are able to re-rent your room to another guest, we will gladly refund your deposit, minus a 15% processing fee.
CHECK-IN
Flexible, by arrangement. If you are going to be late, please call and let us know so we will be available when you arrive.
CHECK-OUT
12 noon. We will hold your luggage for you if you need to leave at a later hour.
Rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.
Sorry, NO PETS. We cannot accommodate pets.
