- Single Occupancy: $45.00
- Double Occupancy: $65.00
- Triple Occupancy: $80.00
All prices include Mexico’s 16% Value Added Tax (IVA) and 2% hotel tax.

DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS
We request your credit card information or a 50% cash deposit in order to hold your reservation. If you must cancel your reservation less than a week before your planned arrival, your card will be charged 50% of one night’s stay. This amount, however, can be applied to a future reservation.
If we are able to re-rent your room to another guest, we will gladly refund your deposit, minus a 10% processing fee.
CHECK-IN
Flexible, by arrangement. If you are going to be late, please call and let us know so we will be available when you arrive.
CHECK-OUT
12 noon. We will hold your luggage for you if you need to leave at a later hour.
Rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.
PETS: small pets acceptable by prior arrangement.
